Classic Easter Egg Nests are the easiest way to get in the Easter spirit! Easy, fast and fun! A tradition that will last a lifetime & be remembered for years to come! These are beautiful to wrap as gifts, give to your kids or grandchildren or make for a Easter party or dinner!

- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 10 oz. bag mini marshmallows
- 1 12 oz. bag chow mein noodles
- Extra butter for molding the nests by hand
- Marich Spring Assorted Almonds for topping
Instructions
- Lay out parchement paper on counter to form egg nests on.
- In a medium sized pot, melt salted butter over medium-high heat.
- Once butter is melted, add in mini marshmallows. Mix until melted and fully combined.
- Add in chow mein noodles and stir until fully coated. Once coated, remove immediately from heat.
- While mixture is hot, drop spoonfuls of desired amount onto parchmant paper.
- With butter on your hands, mold the egg nests into your desired shape and size.
- Immediately place Marich Spring Assorted Almonds as the “eggs” in their nest.
- Let the nests cool and harden for about an hour.
- Enjoy!
