Description

Classic Easter Egg Nests are the easiest way to get in the Easter spirit! Easy, fast and fun! A tradition that will last a lifetime & be remembered for years to come! These are beautiful to wrap as gifts, give to your kids or grandchildren or make for a Easter party or dinner!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1 10 oz. bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 12 oz. bag chow mein noodles
  • Extra butter for molding the nests by hand
  • Marich Spring Assorted Almonds for topping

Instructions

  1. Lay out parchement paper on counter to form egg nests on.
  2. In a medium sized pot, melt salted butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Once butter is melted, add in mini marshmallows. Mix until melted and fully combined.
  4. Add in chow mein noodles and stir until fully coated. Once coated, remove immediately from heat.
  5. While mixture is hot, drop spoonfuls of desired amount onto parchmant paper.
  6. With butter on your hands, mold the egg nests into your desired shape and size.
  7. Immediately place Marich Spring Assorted Almonds as the “eggs” in their nest.
  8. Let the nests cool and harden for about an hour.
  9. Enjoy!
