Ingredients

- 1 1/2 Cups Milk ((This is completely personal preference what kind you use! I use Oat or Almond Milk!))
- 2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Cup Packed Spinach
- 2 Servings Protein ((This is completely personal preference what kind you use! I use Vegan Protein.))
- 2 Servings Powdered Collagen
- 1–2 Tb Honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in your blender! In order of ingredients above.
- Blend, blend, blend until smooth!!!
- For a thicker smoothie, add ice! For a thinner smoothie, add more milk of your choice!
