Blueberry Strawberry Green Smoothie

Helllo HELLLLLO!

Today I’m sharing a quick little smoothie that I came up with!

“This smoothie is really just a basis for what you want it to be! Have fun with it and be CREATIVE! That’s why we’re all here!”

I got a magazine in the mail from my absolute FAVE store… WILLIAMS SONOMA! I don’t have any self control when it comes to shopping there… It showcased my White Vitamix and it inspired me to use it today! I don’t use it nearly as much as I should… kinda sad, right?! There are SO many uses for it and I love it with all my heart!!! DID I SAY ITS WHITE?!?! So you know we have a pretty tight bond as it is!

Vitamix A3500 Ascent White Ultimate Pack

This is the Vitamix that Christopher and I have! I swear by Vitamix!!! We both grew up with them in our families… they last forever and have a wonderful warranty program!!! I highly recommend investing in one. This is top of the line and a little more pricey. The attachments are worth it. BUT! There are sooooo many options when it comes to Vitamix! They have a vast range of choices and guess what! They all do the same thing!!!! Get one, love it and use it!!! <3

BlenderBottle Pro Series Shaker Bottle, 32-Ounce, Pebble Grey

NOW! I don’t use the blender bottles the above image shows! Upon occasion I do, but we prefer the actual Blender Bottle brand. We just got new ones this week! These are insulated, neutral colored which I love and have the shaker ball if you’re mixing protein on the go!!! You’ll love them!

Anddddd… to the smoothie we go! Like I said, I put this together quick today and I love it!

Here is a picture of all the ingredients in the smoothie! All of these are supplies that I have on hand at all times. Staple go-to’s like protein, collagen, honey, frozen berries and spinach are all good to keep stocked up on!! There are so many varieties of smoothies you can make and I truly love to mix it up!

From Costco: Organic Strawberries, Spinach, Organic Blueberries, Honey & Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

From Target: Califia Oatmilk & Tone It Up Vanilla Vegan Protein

For the milk, protein & collagen:

Milk: This is completely up to YOU! I can’t have much dairy in my diet. I reach for oat and almond milk!

Protein Powder: This is also completely up to YOU! Just like milk, I reach for a vegan option!

Collagen: There are so many brands out there.. I love Vital Proteins from Costco! You get the best bang for your buck & it’s the most popular on the market!

This smoothie does comes out a little thick and the texture will be different dependent on what protein, milk and collagen you use.. Here is a tip below on how to change your smoothie whether you want it thicker or thinner! This smoothie is really just a basis for whatever you want it to be! Have fun with it and be CREATIVE! That’s why we’re all here!

For a THICKER Smoothie: Add some ice to it!

For a THINNER Smoothie: Add some extra milk to it!

I hope you enjoy this quick little recipe! Take pictures, tag me and let me know what you think! LOVE YOU ALL!!! <3
