This is THEE cookie to win over your friends and family! The perfect mixture of toffee, caramel, milk chocolate and flaky salt! You will be dying to make these again!!
Ingredients

- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter (Softened)
- 3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla (Overpoured)
- 1/4 cup Heath Toffee Bits
- 1/2 cup Marich Milk Chocolate English Toffee Caramels (Cut in Half)
- Marich Milk Chocolate English Toffee Caramels (Cut in Half, to place on top immediately once out of the oven)
- Maldon Sea Salt Flakes (To sprinkle on top immediately once out of the oven)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, cream together unsalted butter, brown sugar and sugar on medium speed. Beat together until the mixture is light and fluffy. About 2-3 minutes.
- Add in egg, vanilla and Heath Toffee Bits. Mix 1-2 minutes on medium speed until ingredients are mixed.
- Reduce mixer speed to low and add in dry ingredient mixture until dough just forms.
- With a spatula, hand fold in halved Marich Milk Chocolate English Toffee Caramels until evenly distributed.
- Using a large cookie scoop, place 6 scooped dough balls on each parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake in 350° F oven for 12-14 minutes until edges are just golden brown!
- Once cookies are removed from the oven WHILE HOT, place three halves of Marich Milk Chocolate English Toffee Caramels into the top of the cookies.
- After the caramels are placed, sprinkle Maldon Sea Salt Flakes liberally over the top!
- Let the finished cookies cool on the baking sheet on the cooling rack for 5-10 minutes to continue cooking/melting the chocolate on top.
- Then slide the parchment sheet with cookies onto the cooling rack to continue cooling completely!
