Nobu Scottsdale | High End, Phenomenal Dinner!

You know how much Christopher and I LOVE us a good, yummy & fancy dinner! In March for my 25th Birthday Dinner while in Scottsdale we decided on going to Nobu. It was the BEST decision! Nobu is a Global Restaurant and Hotel Chain. Long story short, everything they do is AMAZING!

Nobu is known for their fusion cuisine blending Traditional Japanese dishes with Peruvian Ingredients. You will DIE! The main dish Nobu is known for is their Black Cod in Miso. Christopher and I at the end of our meal both agreed it was beyond our most favorite! Not taking away from all of the other incredible dishes we had.

Our waiter said that the best route to go for our first visit is to pay a certain amount per a person and they would custom make our menu based upon us answering a couple questions! HOLY! Best choice ever! I recommend this for you if you haven’t been to Nobu.. and if you haven’t, get your booty over to one ASAP! Trust me, you wont regret it.

I made sure to take a picture of each plate that came out! It was an incredible first time experience at Nobu Scottsdale on such a special night! Hands down would go back a million times over! Maybe Bellevue will get one next!!!
