Hellllllo everyone! Happy S’mores Day!! This was all BY CHANCE that I had planned to share this recipe today which landed on National S’mores Day! I guess it was just meant to be!!

On Sunday, my mother-in-law and I had fun in the kitchen whipping these up for fun! They’re addicting and we needed something to eat around the outdoor fire pit! Ironic, right?! You think of something S’mores!!!

In my opinion, these things are BETTER than traditional S’mores! I’m 99% sure that after you make these, you will agree with me!!

These take less than 10 minutes to make! How could this recipe get any better for you?!

Here is my mother-in-law Connie and I with our final product out by the fire! You can watch us make these on my saved Instagram Stories! Here is the link:

“S’mores” Golden Grahams Krispy Treats!

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 12 treats 1x

These are the ultimate late-night campfire treat! Your family and friends will prefer these over original S'mores.. NO DOUBT! Perfect for an after school treat or fun weekend get-together! I hope you love these as much as my family does!!

  • 5 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 6 Tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1 ½ cups Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Bean Extract or Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 8 cups Golden Grahams Cereal
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows

  1. First, you will want to butter your 9×13 pan!
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the 5 cups of mini marshmallows, light corn syrup, butter and chocolate chips together!
  3. Once ingredients are melted, add in the vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste!
  4. Mix in cereal. Coat thoroughly and evenly!
  5. Add the last cup of mini marshmallows. You don't want these to melt completely because they are DELICIOUS just lightly mixed into the bars!
  6. Now, you will take the final mixture and press it perfectly into your buttered 9×13 pan!
  7. Let them cool for 10 minutes or however long you can be patient! Cut them & ENJOY!
