Pumpkin Spice Cookies are a MUST in the Fall! It truly makes you get in the spirit of crisp air, crunchy leaves beneath your feet and all the holidays amongst us! I swear these have been in my life since forever.
My husband isnt a huge pumpkin fan and LOVES these!! I wouldnt even label them pumpkiny per say. I would label them a Fall Spice! It’s so yummy and not overpowering at all!
The chocolate chips used are the highest quality and we EXCLUSIVELY use them because there is absolutely no other option in the world.
Here are the exact ingredients I use… you will LOVE them! If you don’t, I’m not sure I can be friends. JK JK!!! Some people truly hate pumpkin and I totally understand. But please give these a try! They are DELISH and I can’t NOT make these every stinkin’ FALL!!!!

This is my favorite because there is PUDDING in the mix & it make’s the cookies even better. Perfect amount of spice and it’s just a classic!
Callebaut Belgian Semi-Sweet Callets
There is no other option when it comes to chocolate chips! This is the only brand we will use. Christopher always asks me.. it’s the good chocolate chips, right?! YES!!! Never changing them honey!!! Go get them and you’ll be hooked yourself!!! You can get them HERE on Orson Gygi.

Ingredients
Scale
1 box Spice Cake Mix
1 (15 oz.) Can of Pumpkin Puree
3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Pour Spice Cake Mix into large bowl
Scoop out Pumpkin Puree into bowl
Mix thoroughly together until fully combined
Add chocolate chips until mixed
Spray cookie sheet
Scoop batter onto cookie sheet
Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes depending on how soft you like them!
