I honestly don’t know the root of it… It’s called a Filet Crochet Name Doily from my understanding and research? If you know more——teach me please!!!🙏🏼 The classic green matting (I wish I knew the reason on the green!!!)and I don’t think there’s a specific frame type to complete it. The doily can come in all different designs as well. My mother in law got us the doily for our first married Christmas(I think?!) and we finallyyyy😅 took it to get framed!!! 🖼
